Location: 100 Meter Street , Erbil, Iraq. Plot Area: 3,500 SQM. Client : Aynda Oil Company. Submission Date: 2018. Scope of Work: SB-BE was responsible for performing the Architectural , Interior Design , Electrical , Mechanical and Plumbing study for the project . The project consists of the following sections : The covered gas station pumps area. The underground fuel tanks zone . Central Supermarket and offices building . Car wash and services building . Also , SB-BE was contracted the supervision on the project construction works.
